What we do
We diagnose faults on smartphones and computers, configure software, assist with network and connectivity issues, and explain the technical situation in plain English.
About us
PHONE CARE HUB LTD is an IT services and technical support business. We help people and small organisations understand what is happening with their devices, software and connections, and we carry out the technical work needed to bring them back to a stable, usable state.

Company overview
Our work covers everyday technology problems: devices that behave unpredictably, software that will not install or update correctly, and connections that drop without an obvious cause.
We diagnose faults on smartphones and computers, configure software, assist with network and connectivity issues, and explain the technical situation in plain English.
Each request starts with a description of the symptoms, followed by structured diagnostics. Findings are documented before any corrective work is discussed or carried out.
Individuals with personal devices and small businesses that do not maintain an in-house IT department but still depend on working hardware and software.

Mission and values
Our mission is to make technical problems understandable and solvable, without overstating what can be achieved.
Our approach
Support is structured so that every step can be explained and repeated.
We collect a description of the problem, when it began, and what changed beforehand. This context often narrows the possible causes considerably.
Hardware, operating system and application layers are checked in a defined order so that a symptom is not confused with its underlying cause.
After corrective work, the original symptom is re-tested to confirm whether the behaviour has changed.
A summary of findings and actions is provided so the owner of the device understands what was done and what to watch for.
Communication
Technical language is only useful when the person receiving it can act on it.
We describe the observed problem, the likely cause, the options available and the limitations of each option. Where a result cannot be predicted with confidence, we say so instead of offering a guarantee. Where a decision belongs to the device owner, such as whether to reinstall a system or replace a component, we present the trade-offs rather than making the choice for them.

Responsibility
Access to a device usually means access to personal information. That access is limited to what the technical task requires.
We work with the files, settings and accounts needed for the specific task and avoid unrelated personal content.
Before any procedure that can affect stored data, we discuss backup options and the risks involved.
We ask people not to send passwords or payment details by email and to change credentials that were shared out of necessity.
